SC directs Unitech to refund money to home buyers for delay in Gurugram project

The Supreme Court directed real estate giant Unitech Ltd on Friday to refund money to three flat buyers for not handing over possession of their homes on time and asked it to deposit Rs 2 crore before its registry.
