Not long ago, Candice Armstrong was pretty blonde.  To work on her physique, she joined a gym where she would pump iron for three hours.

 

But in a desperation to stay in shape, Candice started abusing steroids. She became addicted to Trenbolone that altered her body so much that her clitoris grew into a one-inch penis.

 

Denise Rutkowski is another such case. She finished second place in Ms Olympia 1993, winning $ 20,000. In 2012, she was seen again but not how you imagined her to be.
