Security agencies have sounded an alert in Delhi over intelligence reports of two ISIS Khorasan terrorists hiding in the national capital. The two suspects are believed to be heavily armed. The alert comes couple of days after the Lucknow encounter in which a suspected terrorist was killed after an over 11-hour operation.
