To deliver high quality training to the new hires as per the requirements of the operatioms team

On time delivery of voice resources to the business

Call monitoring, coaching and feedback

Responsible to drive key performance metrics related to V&A and soft skills training

Partner with the operations to assess the requirement for refresher trainings on the operations floor

Skills

Thorough knowledge of V&A training procedures, soft skills, methods and techniques

Excellent Feedback Skills

Knowledge on Grammar

Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

High Energy Level and Customer-Service orientation
