Karan Vinayak, after completing his Masters in Information and Technology from Australia landed up into hospitality. As he started with dish washing during his academic days, so he very well understands the in and outs of a restaurant. His restaurant in Australia has got unprecedented recognition.
With their mission of expansion, Karan and Kanika has now moved to their home town and opened up this beautiful restaurant in West Delhi known as Kothi Mem. The name is inspired by the days of British Raj in India and showcases how their wives popularly called as “Mems” by Indians use to live in Bungalows known as “Kothis”. Combining classic British style of living, contemporary elegance and an intimate ambiance, Kothi Mem lays you a plate full of flavors for urban tastes and needs.
