Kejriwal questions Modi, Jung over minors’ rape in Delhi

New Delhi: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday expressed anguish over the horrific incidents of minors’ rape here and questioned what steps Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Delhi’s Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung were taking to curb it.
