Toyota has regained its status as the world’s largest automaker after temporarily losing it last quarter to Volkswagen.
The Japanese automaker reported 7.49 million sales worldwide through September, compared with 7.43 million sales for beleaguered Volkswagen, according to Bloomberg.
Meanwhile, General Motors claimed third place with 7.15 million global sales.
