Kejriwal carpools with ministers on Day One of ‘Odd-Even’ scheme

New Delhi: The roll out of ‘Odd-Even’ scheme on Friday saw Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal joining cabinet ministers Gopal Rai and Satyendra Jain in a car pool to reach the Delhi Secretariat.
