Gadkari: Parking lot got stuck in red tape

The difficulty involved in getting a plan passed through the bureaucratic maze was made starkly evident when road transport minister Nitin Gadkari on Monday said that it took his ministry nine months to get the approval for an automated multi-level parking for cars.
