Yes, you heard it right. World’s most expensive mobile phone is an iPhone 6 that is fitted with a platinum, 24 karat gold or rose gold case. And guess what, it comes with an emerald, ruby, sapphire or diamond embedded in the back.

 

SuperNova iPhone 6 Platinum Pink Diamond, launched in 2014, takes the price ceiling of mobile phones to a new level. While the price of the base model (the one with a black diamond in the back) starts at Rs 11.9 crore, the pink diamond version can cost you up to Rs 325 crore. The super-luxe phone is a product of New York based luxury brand, Falcon.

 

Falcon uses premium metals like 24 K gold and 950 platinum and gemstones to embellish limited editions of phones and sells them at filthily expensive prices. The luxury retailer caters to an elite client base, mostly including celebrities and royalty and takes around 10 weeks to deliver the customized product to your doorstep.

 

In order to ensure the rarity of the devices, the company makes only 100 items for each series. This means if you have a diamond studded phone, only 99 other people in the world will have a phone similar to yours. The phone is no doubt classy, ritzy and every inch worth your money.
