Horn not OK… most of the time we don’t know why we honk

Honking is probably the first sound a new-born baby hears as also the last sound a dying man does, in our country. The words ‘HORN OK PLEASE’ appear behind many vehicles … No surprise that most drivers believe it is their birthright, privilege and duty to honk.
