Got yourself a Reliance Jio SIM card? But are the services running problem-free, is the question most people are asking before jumping on the bandwagon of free 4G services. However, the lucrative offers on the card are seeing a beeline of people at Reliance stores; which means the complaints with Jio will soar if the users do have gremlins.

 

Sure with cheap rates and on top of it all free-everything till December 31 offers are impressive enough to make people give it a go but also rising with the craze for Jio are the problems that the users are already facing with its 4G services.

 

Here we have listed out some of the problems that the users are facing with the Jio SIM:

 

1) SIM Activation problem 

 

Though the availability of the Jio SIM is not easy, for those who have already got their hands on one are unable to get it activated. Some reports say that Reliance has stopped the issuance of the SIM in order of clear the backlog of activation. According to Jio President Sunil Dutt, there are about 50,000 SIMs that are yet to be activated.
