Guard Rail Rips Through Suv in a Horror Crash; Leaves Occupants Badly Injured

Driving along the road we sometimes come across some horrific crash sites that make us wonder if the occupants survived. One such chilling scene of an accident in Punjab shocked the commuters. A speeding SUV hit the railing on the road so hard that the guard rail ripped through the vehicle’s engine and jut out 25 feet from car’s rear.

 

Driving in the car were three people who were returning from Ludhiana where they had taken their ill child to see a doctor.

 

Eyewitnesses say that the accident occurred when the speeding SUV tried to overtake a truck on the highway and lost control.

 

Behind the wheels was Gurdayal Singh accompanied by his 85-year-old mother Rajrani and daughter Anita.

 

As the severity of the impact can be seen in the pictures, Gurdayal and his mother sustained serious injuries, but Anita succumbed to her injuries while being treated at the hospital where they were rushed to.
