In the recently released Forbes List of the highest paid actors in Hollywood, the famous ‘Rock’ aka Dwayne Johnson managed to earn the number one spot. Having earned a whopping $ 64.5 Million in the last financial year, he successfully knocked out the Iron Man, Robert Downey Jr.

 

While many know the 44-year-old star as his on-ring title, ‘The Rock’ and believe he began his career as a wrestler, very few are aware that the ‘Rock-star’ in-fact began his career as a footballer. Having played the American Football for several years during his collegiate years, he even played for the American National Football League.

 

He however had a keen interest in body building which eventually led him to quit football and undertake professional wrestling. For those of you who do not know, wrestling has been a family business of the Johnson household. ‘The Rock’ is the third generation of wrestlers.

 

Now that Dwayne has come a long way from being a top notch wrestler to being the highest paid Hollywood actor, here’s a glimpse of the lifestyle of the man who turns all he touches into gold!
