Trains on Delhi Metro’s Blue Line came to an abrupt halt for the second day on Thursday after losing contact with the Operational Control Centre due to power failure, triggering delays and public outrage. DMRC issued an apology, and said it did not want to “compromise” the safety of the passengers.
