The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York honoured Reliance Foundation Chairperson Nita Ambani for her philanthropic efforts. 

 

Tom Campbell, CEO and Director, Metropolitan Museum of Art, presented Nita Ambani with the award.

 

The honour is in light of "the diversity and scale of the work carried out by Reliance Foundation."

 

They also noted the organisation's extensive work across sectors like education, women's empowerment, rural transformation, sports, healthcare and promoting the arts.
