Guys cook Chapati’s on scraps of burning wood in the backstreets of Delhi.

This was night time behind the Spice Market warehouse off Bazaar Road in the old town. The Warehouse had long since closed for the night, and I came across these guys burning old wood to cook on. I sat with them awhile and enjoyed their hospitality, tea and of course, Chapati’s
