Amazon under Fire for Selling Doormats with Images of Hindu Gods

E-commerce giant Amazon is under fire for selling doormats with images of Hindu Gods and Goddesses on them.
 
This didn’t go down well with Twitter users and #BoycottAmazon soon started trending on the micro-blogging site with outraged people venting out on the company.
 
However, Amazon is not the direct seller of these products but simply providing a platform and Rock Bull is the company which is selling its line of products on the e-commerce site.
 
This is not the first time when the e-commerce site is in controversy for such things. Earlier in 2014, the website was selling women’s leggings carrying images of various Hindu Gods.
 
It’s not only Hindu Gods printed on doormat but the website also had Islamic themed and Jesus Christ door mat for sale.
 
After a massive backlash, Amazon pulled down most of Rock Bull's controversial products.
